Room Hire
Each of our meeting rooms can be hired separately. If your meeting does not require a delegate package and you are simply interested in hiring a room, please contact our Premises Team for room hire rates. We have included the following within our hire rates for your comfort:

Terms and conditions
Booking/confirmation
- All bookings must be made online or through one of the members of our Premises Team.
- At least 24 hours notice is required.
- All bookings made will be issued with an email "invite", this is to be accepted at all times.
- Rooms booked may be changed on the day but we will always ensure your room still meets all your requirements at no extra charges.

Payment
- An invoice address must be provided at all times with a Purchase Order number where necessary.
- Invoices will be produced within one week of meeting taking place, immediate payment is required.
- Credit cards are accepted, payment can be made through our finance department, please call 0121 6071923.
- All cheques should be made payable to "The Birmingham Chamber of Commerce".
- In the event a payment isn't made or a payment is declined this will result in loss of use of our conference facilities unless full payment is made in advance for future bookings.
Catering
- All our catering is provided in house.
- A minimum of 48 hour notice period is required due to ordering and preparation.
- External food and beverages are not permitted in our conference rooms.
- All dietary requirements can be catered for upon request.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be notified immediately in writing preferably by e-mail, our address is premises@birmingham-chamber.com. Cancellation charges are stated below:
- 2 weeks or more - no charge
- Less than 2 weeks - 25% of total charge
- Less than 1 week - 50% of total charge
- Same day - 100% of total charge
